Lamar Wellness Center is open to the public as well as students. Clinic
hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. To make an appointment call
479-885-3966. The clinic is housed in the old Totem Pole Daycare Center
on Lamar's campus behind the elementary school. Parents/Guardian The School District Wellness Policies were recently revised and accepted. They will be available so that you know what guidelines our students will be following. Date” shot record to attend school. If you haven’t brought in your updated shot
record or an appointment card stating when you’ll receive your immunizations
